1. Service Description

SocialBoner ("we", "us") operates socialboner.com and provides tools for searching viral social media posts, AI-assisted content writing, and scheduled posting to X (Twitter). Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with all applicable laws and X's terms of service.

2. Account Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old. You authenticate via your X account and are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must not share access credentials or attempt unauthorized access.

3. Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly in advance. A 7-day free trial is provided for new users. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason including service interruption or unused subscription time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SocialBoner to post spam, harassment, hate speech, illegal content, or any content that violates X's terms of service. You will not attempt to circumvent billing, rate limits, or access controls. Violation results in immediate termination.

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content. We make no warranties about the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Third-Party Services

SocialBoner integrates with X's API. We do not control X's platform and are not responsible for X's availability, changes to their API, or actions taken by X against your account. You authorize us to post on your behalf when you use our scheduling features.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALBONER'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS. WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SocialBoner, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or any content you post through our platform.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
